and 42 of the voltage doubler circuit 32, will receive the same voltage as that of the other ground potential. The above description can be summarized by stating that the voltage doubler circuit 32 is equivalent to two sets of series-connected diodes 61 and 62 having the same electrical characteristics.
The duty ratio of a current pulse flowing through the diodes 61 and 62 is 1:1. Therefore, the lower limit of the current pulse is the same as that of the diodes 61 and 62. The current pulse can be increased by increasing the number of diodes and thereby increasing the number of the voltage doubler circuit, which, however, tends to increase the number of components and to degrade the reliability of the diodes. Accordingly, a further increase in the current pulse is limited by the lower limit of the current pulse.
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a voltage doubler circuit which can increase the current pulse without increasing the number of components and can operate with high reliability.
The above and other objects and novel features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description to be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.Phylogenetic relationships of Bovidae.
The bovid family is defined here as a clade of Carnivora that includes Bovidae and their close relatives. Although the Bovidae was recently defined in this manner, the current consensus is that it is an older group than the Carnivora; the Bovidae may be nested within the Carnivora, and the crown group of the Bovidae might contain Bovinae and Caprinae as subclades and the other subfamilies as individual lineages. Morphological studies suggest that the first members of the Bovidae arose in the mid-Cretaceous and radiated rapidly in the Cenozoic. Extant species are found in North, Central, and South America. Only the Bovidae were present in the New World before the Upper Pleistocene.#!/usr/bin/env node
